Each bite of these turkey burgers is an explosion of exotic spices, featuring the likes of cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala, which combine to create a rich and complex flavor profile. The ground turkey, lean and tender, serves as the perfect canvas to absorb these aromatic seasonings, resulting in a juicy and flavorful burger that’s a leaner alternative to traditional beef.
These burgers are a perfect embodiment of the marriage between Eastern and Western culinary traditions. The warm, earthy spices transport you to the vibrant streets of Bombay, while the familiar burger patty offers the comfort and satisfaction of a classic American favorite.
