Ingredients:
- 1 cup SFV Khichadi with Coconut Oil mix
- 3 to 3 ½ cups water
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped spinach (or kale)
- ½ cup diced carrots (small dice)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Optional: ¼ tsp SFV Garam Masala Blend, cilantro
Steps:
- Rinse the khichadi mix briefly.
- Add mix, water, and salt to a pot. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer covered 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir in carrots and spinach for the last 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
- Finish with lime juice. Add a pinch of garam masala if you want extra warmth.
